Social Media Manager
Job Overview
A UK-based client is looking for a savvy Social Media Manager to elevate their digital presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond. You'll develop and execute social strategies that grow their brand, engage their community, and drive inbound interest from top candidates and clients across the UK, Europe, and US. Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage our client's social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X
- Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars
- Create, schedule, and publish posts across platforms consistently
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and actively grow community
- Monitor trends in the recruitment and technology sectors to inform content strategy
- Track analytics and report on reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams on integrated campaigns
- Run and optimise paid social campaigns where required
Qualifications and Experience
- 2+ years managing social media for a brand, agency, or recruitment firm
- Strong grasp of LinkedIn best practices for B2B professional audiences
- Experience with scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
- Proficient in Canva or Adobe Suite for visual content creation
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting platform insights
- Creative, trend-aware, and highly organised
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet
- A quiet, professional home-working environment
- Ability to work UK business hours
