Key Responsibilities

• Write compelling job adverts optimised for engagement and visibility
• Produce email marketing copy tailored to candidate and client audiences
• Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams on integrated campaigns
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content formats and channels
• Track content performance and iterate based on data and analytics

Qualifications and Experience

• 2+ years' experience in content creation, copywriting, or a marketing role
• Strong writing portfolio demonstrating range across multiple formats
• Understanding of SEO principles and content strategy
• Experience creating content for B2B audiences is preferred
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar design tools is advantageous
• Self-motivated and able to manage a content calendar independently
