Junior Personal Assistant

You'll manage diaries, coordinate communications, and handle a variety of tasks that keep the leadership team focused on growing the business. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff
- Draft and proofread emails, reports, and internal communications
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of leadership
- Assist with ad hoc research, admin tasks, and project coordination
- Manage basic expense tracking and financial administration
Qualifications and Experience
- 1–2 years' experience in an administrative, PA, or executive support role
- Exceptionally organised with strong time management skills
- Strong written English — professional, concise, and accurate
- Discreet, reliable, and proactive in anticipating the needs of leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet
- A quiet, professional home-working environment
- Ability to work UK business hours
