Telesales Consultant
Job Overview
Are you a confident communicator with a hunger for sales? A UK-based client is looking for a driven Telesales Consultant to generate new business opportunities across their international client base. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients — qualifying leads, booking meetings, and supporting 360 consultants in building a strong pipeline. If you thrive on hitting targets and love the buzz of a sales call, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients across the UK, Europe, and US markets
- Qualify leads and book discovery meetings for senior consultants
- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate call notes and outcomes
- Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound enquiries
- Consistently meet daily call and conversion KPIs
- Build rapport and introduce our client's services compellingly to new prospects
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 1 year in a telesales, outbound sales, or lead generation role
- Confident, professional phone manner with clear and articulate communication
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable with high call volumes
- Basic CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Must have access to a laptop and reliable, high-speed internet
- A quiet, professional home-working environment
- Ability to work UK business hours
