About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Professional to provide technical support. You should have experience with troubleshooting and helping users with technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to users

  • Escalate complex issues

Requirements

  • 1+ years of IT support experience

  • Basic networking knowledge

  • Experience with ticketing systems

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Able to work UK business hours
