About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Professional to join our remote team. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer support and resolving issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer issues professionally

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels

  • Document customer interactions accurately

  • Meet performance targets and KPIs

Requirements

  • 6+ months of customer service experience

  • Excellent English communication skills

  • Strong computer and typing skills

  • Proven track record of customer satisfaction

  • Able to work UK business hours
