About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruiter to help find and hire talent. This is a great remote opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people.

No prior experience needed. Full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify candidates

  • Review applications and CVs

  • Conduct initial interviews

  • Coordinate with hiring managers

  • Maintain recruitment records

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Organised and proactive

  • Able to work UK business hours
