About the Role

We are looking for a patient Tech Support Agent to help customers with technical issues. This is a great remote opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems.

No prior experience needed. Full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical support enquiries

  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues

  • Guide customers through solutions

  • Document support tickets

  • Escalate complex issues

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills

  • Basic computer and tech knowledge

  • Patient and problem-solving mindset

  • Organised and methodical

  • Able to work UK business hours
