About the Role

We are looking for a friendly Chat Support Agent to help customers via live chat. This is a great entry-level remote opportunity for someone who enjoys quick, helpful conversations.

No prior experience needed. Full training will be provided!

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer chat enquiries

  • Provide quick and helpful responses

  • Resolve basic customer issues

  • Maintain chat logs and records

  • Follow chat guidelines and procedures

Requirements

  • Good English communication skills

  • Fast typing skills
