• Meet strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy standards
• Identify and timestamp speakers in multi-speaker recordings
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
• Research industry-specific terminology to ensure correct transcription
• Quality-check completed work before final submission to clients

Requirements

• South African citizen or permanent resident with valid work authorization
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Flexible availability to accommodate UK business hours when needed
