• Conduct regular audits of processes to ensure compliance with best practices
• Collaborate with training teams to develop quality improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of quality checks and performance metrics
• Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying systemic issues

Requirements

• South African citizen or permanent resident with valid work authorization
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional attitude and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Flexible availability to accommodate UK business hours when needed
