- Document moderation decisions and maintain accurate records of actions taken
- Escalate complex cases or potential legal issues to senior moderators
- Stay updated on evolving content policies and platform guidelines
- Provide feedback on content trends and emerging issues to improve guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily content review targets without compromising quality
Requirements
- South African citizen or permanent resident with valid work authorization
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
