• Document moderation decisions and maintain accurate records of actions taken
• Escalate complex cases or potential legal issues to senior moderators
• Stay updated on evolving content policies and platform guidelines
• Provide feedback on content trends and emerging issues to improve guidelines
• Work efficiently to meet daily content review targets without compromising quality

Requirements

• South African citizen or permanent resident with valid work authorization
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Professional attitude and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Flexible availability to accommodate UK business hours when needed
