- Track and report on community sentiment and emerging trends
- Assist in content scheduling and publishing across multiple social channels
- Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in all interactions
Requirements
- South African citizen or permanent resident with valid work authorization
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
