• Track and report on community sentiment and emerging trends
• Assist in content scheduling and publishing across multiple social channels
• Maintain detailed records of moderation actions and decisions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency in all interactions

Requirements

• South African citizen or permanent resident with valid work authorization
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps)
• Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
