About the Role

Our client, a UK-based company, is looking for organised and detail-focused Inventory Assistants to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, keeping things organised, and supporting operations behind the scenes.

No advanced experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this a great entry-level opportunity for someone with basic computer skills, good attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

You will support the business by tracking stock levels, updating inventory records, and helping ensure the company has accurate information about their products.

Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain inventory records and databases

• Track stock levels and product information

• Record incoming and outgoing inventory

• Identify and report discrepancies in stock records

• Organise inventory documentation and files

• Assist with basic stock reporting

• Support the operations team with inventory-related tasks

• Follow company processes to maintain accurate records

Requirements

• No advanced experience required
