About the Role

Our client, a UK-based company, is looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Agent to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, building rapport, and working in a target-driven environment.

No advanced experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

You will support the business by speaking with customers, promoting products or services, and helping drive sales through professional and engaging phone conversations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers

  • Present products or services clearly and confidently

  • Build rapport and maintain a professional phone manner

  • Answer basic questions and handle objections professionally

  • Record customer information and call outcomes accurately

  • Follow sales scripts, processes, and campaign guidelines

  • Work towards individual and team sales targets

  • Support the wider team with sales-related admin tasks

Requirements

  • No advanced experience required

  • Training will be provided

  • Excellent spoken and written English

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills

  • Confident and professional telephone manner

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment

  • Able to work UK business hours

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection

  • USB headset with microphone

  • Quiet and professional working environment

  • Backup power or connectivity solution is advantageous
