About the Role

Our client, a UK-based company, is looking for an organised Project Support Assistant to support their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, progress tracking, and helping teams stay organised.

No advanced experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this a strong opportunity for someone with attention to detail, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn.

You will support the business by assisting with project admin, updating records, and helping keep tasks and timelines well tracked.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support project admin and coordination tasks

  • Update progress trackers, records, and internal documents

  • Maintain accurate notes and task logs

  • Follow up on outstanding items where required

  • Assist with scheduling and reporting tasks

  • Organise files and supporting documents

  • Follow company processes and project guidelines

  • Help keep project information current and accessible

Requirements

  • No advanced experience required

  • Training will be provided

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, email, and online systems

  • Good attention to detail

  • Dependable, proactive, and willing to learn

  • Able to work UK business hours
