About the Role

Our client, a UK-based company, is looking for a detail-focused Data Capture Assistant to join their growing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is organised, accurate, and comfortable working with information on a daily basis.

No advanced experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this a great entry-level opportunity for someone with basic computer skills, good attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

You will support the business by capturing, updating, and maintaining important information across internal systems and documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Capture and update data accurately across company systems

  • Maintain spreadsheets, records, and digital files

  • Review information for errors, missing details, and inconsistencies

  • Transfer information from one system or document to another

  • Organise and manage digital records

  • Assist with basic reporting and admin-related tasks

  • Support the wider team with data-related duties as needed

  • Follow company processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • No advanced experience required

  • Training will be provided

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Basic computer literacy

  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online systems

  • Able to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy

  • Organised, dependable, and willing to learn

  • Able to work UK business hours

  • Reliable laptop or desktop computer

  • Stable internet connection

  • Quiet and professional working environment

  • Backup power or connectivity solution is advantageous
