About the Role

Our client, a growing UK-based company, is looking for enthusiastic and confident Call Centre Agents to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in customer service, as no previous experience is required and full training will be provided.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with queries, providing support, and delivering a positive customer experience. If you have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and a willingness to learn, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and basic problem-solving

• Provide accurate information about products and services

• Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions

• Follow company processes and scripts where required

• Deliver excellent service and represent the brand positively

• Work towards individual and team performance targets

Requirements

• No prior call centre experience needed

• Training will be provided

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong communication and listening skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Good attention to detail

• Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems

• Able to work UK business hours
